DMCA Policy

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines the procedures we follow in response to notices of alleged copyright infringement on the Spotify Premium APK informational website (the “Site”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

Important Notice: This Site is an independent, non-commercial informational resource that provides educational content. We do not host, distribute, or provide direct download links to any copyrighted software, applications, or music files. Our content consists solely of articles, descriptions, and discussions for informational purposes.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on this Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us as described below.

Before Filing a DMCA Complaint

We encourage you to consider the following before submitting a formal notice:

  1. Make sure the content is actually infringing. The DMCA applies to the unauthorized use of copyrighted material. This does not include:
    • Fair use of copyrighted material (e.g., commentary, criticism, news reporting).
    • Factual descriptions or informational articles about software or services.
    • Trademark disputes (the DMCA is for copyright, not trademark).
    • Links to other websites that may host infringing content. We are not responsible for material on external sites linked from our pages.
  2. Your Personal information will be required. Submitting a DMCA notice is a serious legal action. The notice must include your full legal name, contact information, and a physical or electronic signature. This information will be forwarded to the individual who posted the allegedly infringing content (the “counter-notice” process). Do not submit false claims, as you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must provide our designated Copyright Agent with a written communication that includes the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL(s) of the webpage(s) on our Site containing the material).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Submitting a DMCA Notification

Please send your complete DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent at the following address:

Copyright Agent
Email: support@spotifeprimium.com

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the content, providing them with a copy of your notice and informing them of the removal.

Counter-Notification: If a user believes their material was removed mistakenly, they may submit a counter-notification as outlined in Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA. If a proper counter-notice is received, we may restore the material in accordance with the law.
